To align with major sector reforms, leading early intervention programs will become integral to our Mental Health, Disability and Homelessness streams. This will ensure 3SA can offer a suite of interventions that generate better outcomes in preventing conditions becoming more progressive or acute.
3SA has spent considerable time and effort preparing for NDIS. Product and service development and related process improvements are expected to continue over the next year or two as the NDIS matures.
The organisation believes that safe and secure housing is a critical factor in ensuring successful outcomes for customers. Therefore, 3SA intends to leverage its strong balance sheet and financial performance to grow and diversify its property portfolio. 3SA intends to respond to regional and sector demands and expectes to include growth in Disability Accommodation, Affordable Housing and Community Housing.
3SA will explore a number of growth opportunities. This will include partnership merger models in services and social enterprises. 3SA will explore innovative ways to build strong and sustainable outcomes with a solid foundation in grass roots community programs. The organisation will seek to build its financial stability through diversification of revenue generation and funding streams, and the continuous refinement and improvement of its operating procedures, systems and resourcing.
3SA will maintain a financially conservative approach to expansion, based on proven risk management practices. These include revenue source diversification, modest leverage ratios and sound financial governance. Growth objectives will be continuously reviewed and reassessed in light of demand and risk factors. The 3SA business growth is planned to be delivered through a combination of organic growth and opportunistic partners.
